Our relationship with Duel
Duel is SkinBetHub's main sponsor. Our Duel link is a referral link, and we are paid when people sign up and play through it. Read this review with that in mind.
Our sponsorship pay depends on how much referred players play, not on whether they win or lose. Duel's public referral program for ordinary users works differently, so do not read its referral FAQ as a description of our deal.
An earlier version of this page had "best odds and RTP" in its title without any data to back it. This version sticks to what Duel publishes and what you can check yourself.
What Duel is
Duel is a crypto casino. Its products, per our partner records, are: casino, Duel Originals (crash, dice, mines, plinko), live casino, sportsbook. The site menu also has a Predictions tab, a back-and-lay exchange where users trade against each other, which Duel labels as having 0% fees.
The pitch is low edge instead of big bonuses. There is no deposit-match welcome bonus. Duel argues, on its own "Why Bonuses Suck" page, that what matters is the net edge: the house edge minus whatever comes back to you. That is a fair way to judge any casino, including this one.
Zero edge on Originals
Duel Originals are in-house games: dice, crash, plinko, mines, blackjack, keno, limbo and others. According to Duel's Zero Edge FAQ:
- Originals have a base house edge of 0.1%. The game rules do not change.
- Within your daily zero-edge allowance, every bet gets 0.1% instant rakeback, so your net edge is zero.
- Once the allowance is used up, the rakeback stops until the limit resets the next day, and a 0.1% edge (99.9% RTP) applies.
- On some games, bets above the bet limit or after the allowance carry a scaling edge that rises with the size of the potential win. The game screen shows the edge being applied.
- Duel's original slots are set to 100% RTP by design, so they have no rakeback.
Duel explains the limit openly: a zero-edge bankroll is expected to lose money over time, so the volume has to be capped. The FAQ does not publish the allowance as a fixed number. The site shows your remaining allowance and bet limit in the game.
Zero edge does not mean you win. It means the expected return equals your stake. You can still lose your entire balance in a session, especially on high-multiplier games. Eligible Originals results can be checked with Duel's provably fair tool; our provably fair guide explains what that does and does not prove.
Rakeback and net edge
Rakeback returns part of the house edge on each bet. Duel advertises 50% instant rakeback on third-party slots, paid as you play rather than unlocked by wagering. Each slot lists its original RTP, the rakeback and the resulting Duel RTP, so check the specific game.
Here is what different edges cost on 1,000 wagered:
| Game | Net edge | Expected cost per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Duel Original within zero edge allowance | 0% | 0 |
| Duel Original after the allowance (base edge) | 0.1% | 1 |
| Slot at 96% RTP, no rakeback | 4% | 40 |
| Slot at 96% RTP with 50% rakeback | 2% | 20 |
Rakeback halves a slot's edge, but a 96% slot with rakeback still costs twenty times more per unit wagered than an Original after the allowance. Duel makes the same point on its own site with a 3.5% slot: 50% back leaves a 1.75% net edge, worse than a 1% game with no bonus at all.
Sports and esports
Duel has a sportsbook covering traditional sports and esports, and markets it as low edge. We could not verify its margins against other books, and we are not going to claim it has the best odds. You can test it in a minute:
- Find a CS2 match you would bet on in Duel's esports section and note both prices.
- Add up 1 ÷ each price. 1.90 and 1.90 gives 105.3%, which is a 5.3% margin.
- Do the same on another book you can use, or against a prediction market price.
- Repeat on a few matches, including smaller events, where margins are usually wider.
The no-vig and hold calculator does the sums. Also check the maximum stake on CS2 markets and the settlement rules in Duel's sports betting rules before you bet.
License, KYC and countries
Review sources name the operator as Immortal Snail LLC (Nevis), holding a gaming license from Anjouan. One source lists the license as valid to November 6, 2026, so check the license details in the site footer. That is an offshore license, which gives you fewer dispute routes than a national regulator would.
Despite "no KYC" claims on some review sites, Duel's own account screens set out four verification levels: basic details, proof of identity, proof of address and source of wealth. Any of them can be required before you deposit, wager or withdraw. Expect checks on larger withdrawals and keep documents ready.
Countries: Not available in the US, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia and others. 18+. Duel asks players to disable VPNs, and using one to get around a block risks your balance.
What to check before you deposit
- Your country is allowed, and you are 18 or over.
- How much zero-edge allowance you get and what edge applies above it on the games you play.
- The RTP and rakeback shown on any slot before you play it.
- The margin on CS2 markets, compared with at least one other book.
- Withdrawal minimums, network fees and which KYC level a withdrawal will trigger.
- Responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion.
Our code and the current offer
Our code is SKINBETHUB. Review sites say referral codes can unlock extra instant rakeback, but we could not confirm what our code adds, so check the current offer on the site. Offer details were last checked on October 3, 2026.
