Sources disagree on crypto withdrawals. One lists Ethereum and Litecoin cash-outs, another says crypto is only available if you deposited with crypto. Look at the withdrawal screen before you deposit by card, so you know how your balance can come back out.

Who runs it and license status
Operator: Not clearly stated. Reviewers cite Datdrop B.V. (Curacao). No license named on legal pages.
Reviewers do not agree on the company: some cite a Curacao entity, one names a London partnership. When the operator is unclear and no license is named, you have no regulator to complain to. Your only recourse is DatDrop support, which reviewers describe as email only.
Where it is restricted: Not available in the US, UK, Australia, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy and others.
Red flags and what to check before depositing
On October 3, 2026, DatDrop's Trustpilot page showed 4.2 out of 5 across about 1,800 reviews. That is a better record than many case sites, but the negative reviews raise points worth checking:
- Free-case winnings that needed a large deposit before they could be withdrawn.
- Item values on the site well below what the same skins sell for on marketplaces.
- No live chat, so account problems take longer to sort out.
